How long does shipping take in India?
We deliver across India within 5β8 business days for most locations. Metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Pune typically receive orders within 3β5 business days. Remote or rural areas may take up to 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation SMS/email once your order is dispatched.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order anytime by visiting our website and navigating to "Track My Order" or by contacting our support team with your Order ID.
Do you ship across all of India?
Yes! We deliver to 19,000+ pin codes across India, including Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, enter your pin code at checkout to confirm availability.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Absolutely! Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across most serviceable pin codes in India. Simply select "Cash on Delivery" at checkout β no advance payment required. Pay conveniently when your order arrives at your doorstep. (COD availability may vary for certain remote locations.)
What other payment methods do you accept?
In addition to COD, we accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, All online transactions are 100% secure and encrypted via SSL.
Are there any hidden charges?
No hidden charges, ever. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed before you confirm your order.
π Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 5 To 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for products that are received in a damaged or defective condition, incorrect items delivered, or items with missing parts or accessories. To initiate a return, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and photos/video of the issue.
How do I initiate a return or refund?
Email us atΒ shinevalueindia@gmail.comΒ or WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos/video. Our team will review and respond within 24β48 hours. Once approved, we'll arrange a free pickup.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5β7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI. For online payments, the amount is credited back to the original payment method.

Yes, absolutely. At ShineValue India, we are committed to delivering 100% authentic products. Every product goes through a quality check before dispatch. We source our smart gadgets, car accessories, and home innovation products from verified and trusted suppliers.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp, email, or phone with your Order ID. If the order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll cancel it and process a full refund (for prepaid orders) within 3β5 business days. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible β but you may initiate a return after delivery.
