2. How to Return? (Simple Steps)
To make the process smooth for both of us, please keep these in mind:
Unboxing Video: We highly recommend recording a quick video while opening your package. This helps us solve any issues (like damage or missing items) instantly!
Condition: Please ensure the product is in its original condition. We understand you will open the package to check it, but please keep the original tags and packaging safe with you.
Fair Use: The item should not show signs of heavy wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery.
3. Free Returns for You!
Don't worry about shipping costs. Return shipping is absolutely FREE. We will arrange a pickup from your doorstep at no extra charge.
4. Our Promise (Approval Policy)
We inspect all returns fairly. In the rare case that a return is not approved (e.g., item is heavily damaged by use), we will send the product back to you at no extra cost. We wonβt keep your money AND your product!
5. Fast Refunds
Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, your refund will be initiated immediately. It usually takes 5-7 business days to show up in your original payment method (Bank/UPI).
