All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately on WhatsApp. We will arrange a free replacement or return as per our policy.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information provided by the customer.Β
